Working with Alinea is not like any other experience you've had. We're your best friend, your cool aunt, and your biggest cheerleader. With the help of some humor and gental reality checks we help you connect pieces that you can't see which lead to some big "AH HA!" moments. Our purpose is to walk with you, hold space for you, and remind you that you've got it in you. Even when you don't think you do. We belive in you, and we help you believe in yourself.

Truthfully there is no answer to this. Some people will only need a few sessions, others will need more. Most people will see huge shifts between 9-12 sessions.

Unlike most other therapist/counselors where you go every week, Alinea's standard follow up schedule is once a month, which works for most people. This schedule can be modified as you or we see fit. We do not advise having appointments longer than 4 weeks apart. Keeping up on the "Ah Ha!" moments is crucial to your success.

It's a dialogue that helps you get to the root issues by exploring beliefs that you carry, determining if those beliefs are serving you, and alterning them to something that is more in line with your true self. It helps you discover who you truely are, not who you "should" be.

Alinea Health is cash based practice. We accept different types of payment options including Health Savings Accounts (HSA), all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), or cash.
